Creator 2012 Photoshow Burning Dvd

I created a slideshow using PhotoShow Creator 2012 and I was able to set my music as I wanted and arrange the photos in the order. I cannot burn a DVD but when I try to burn it, I get an error code FFFFB5AD. Tried several times and have spent a lot of time with this. Can some one help on a solution?

What are you trying to burn? What type of file is it? In the share part of the program, have you tried outputting the project to a wmv or mpg2 file? If it encodes, you can burn that. If it does not encode, then there is an issue with the project.

 

I can't find anything on the internet with that error code other than those related to Roxio and unresoloved questions on this forum. Roxio's data base has nothing related to that error code. Are you using a +R or -R DVD blank and does your burner burn both or either. Are you trying to burn a new unformatted good quality DVD?

What are you trying to burn? A completed 'Photoshow slide show' with music and photo's. What type of file is it? Not sure what you are asking but the file that exists in Photoshow. Sorry for my ignorance but I'm not real keen on computers but doing the best I can. In the share part of the program, have you tried outputting the project to a wmv or mpg2 file? No, I'll try that if I can locate what you are suggesting. If it encodes, you can burn that. If it does not encode, then there is an issue with the project.

First of all, you cannot burn video to a CD, you have to use DVDs. The Verbatim DVDs are considered good quality.

 

Describe the exact steps you are taking to burn the PhotoShow to DVD.
