i got the roxio game cap hd pro yesterday and successively uploaded a video to you tube and every thing was good but today i captured some game play then when i went to edit it on the edit and share section this message came up

 

The task you are attempting to indicate required videowave but it is already running in another user account on this machine.

 

i dont now how to fix it i have uninstalled it and looked at task manger to see if anything was running but noting was i dont no what to do please help thanks

i have turned it off and on again several times but it has not worked do you have any other suggestions

It is a Windows glitch.

 

It needs to be uninstalled and re-installed under the account (assumes Administrator rights) you intend to use...

 

BE SURE you remove the USB device before and during this!!!

ok i unpluged the usb and made myself the admistrator then i unistaled the soft were they reintaled it but it still did not work

It is a Windows error and I have NO Idea what you have going on with your PC...

 

Unless you really do have other Roxio software running

ye i have windoes 7 home and i think my softwere is the same i have no idea how to fix it
