Creator Nxt Photosuite And Paintshop Pro 4X

Can you edit a photo in Paintshop Pro 4x then use it in a Videowave production?

 

So far I have not been able to.

 

After editing in Paintshop Pro4x I save it in the same format as the original (a .tiff format) with a different name. But when I try to include it in a videowave production the new file name is not listed. When I try to open it Photosuite the file shows but does not open. There is no error reported - it just does not open.

 

When I installed Creator NXT I did not uninstall Creator 10 - could this be the problem. Or are the two programs incompatible?

You should be able to. It is one of the supported formats. Do you have any issues with putting the original, unedited picture in Video Wave?

 

Try renaming the tiff to simply a tif (one f format) see if that works. I was able to open both tiff and tif files. I did not do any editing from the original.

 

 

Edit, I tried editing and saving as a tiff /or tiff file and it won't work. Try saving it as a jpg file.

Ok, I found a solution if you indeed want to save the files as tif or tiff. When you go to save and select tif/tiff format, click on the options and select uncompressed. It will work OK.
