Hello,

The material is really defective.

I plugged and unplugged a hundred times the box roxio ... nothing appeared in the device manager.

So I decided to do a system restore from 26/10/2012.

I also uninstalled my software "instant dvd recorder" in "Pinnacle".

I made an anti virus scan, I nétoyé the register ereurs corrected with the software "ccleaner"

I disabled firewalls, Anti Virus ...

I reinstalled the software roxio ... still no drivers in the Manager there. But the software roxio changed in appearance, it is encor worse!

terkay94: what cd is trying to drive home is that the GameCAP HD must not be plugged in when the software is installed or repaired

If you do Windows will install the wrong driver for it and will continue to use that driver till hell freezes over!

You need to identify it in the Device Manager. You may have to plug it in and remove it several times to locate it. Then:

Disable it in the Device Manager.

Unplug it and put it aside till later.

Turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc. and insert your Roxio Disc (download version - run Install)

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, you will have to reapply the SP1.1 for game capture.

Then turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

Hopefully it will show up now:

I made all day on windows 7

What does that mean?

I recall that the usb cable was plugged in when I installed the roxio software. I'll simply remove roxio, then reinstall it. I have already done several times, but I'll remove the USB cable this time

It's the only way it will work!

The drivers are on your installation disc you just have to repair or uninstall reinstall in the correct manner.
