grieker
Loaded (several times) NXT last night. After launching on the next screen, if I select any of the DVD icons I get the startup screen then immediately I get "VideoWave has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." HELP!!!! Running Win 7 Pro, service pack
Jim_Hardin
Try it this way... First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc. Now insert your Roxio Disc (download version - run Install) Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows) When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that! When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot. Check for updates when you start the program. See what that does for you

Jim_Hardin
Edit: before this, load a few Sample Videos from Windows and see what they do! It could be that it is choking on your files/pictures It they don't work then... One more time... But first Download and run the Revo uninstaller first - In Moderate Mode! Then go through the install steps listed above
