inception Posted November 2, 2012 Report Share Posted November 2, 2012 Ok im trying to get in touch with technical support because of the lack of time it's taking for them to respond to my qestion about registering my product. That's not the only thing i need to speak to them about, im having problems with my roxio gamecap recording/audio issues but it seems nobody from customer service could give a #$^@. I've been on the phone trying to get in touch with the for the past 4 days now to no success. I originally emailed them 4 days ago & i got 1 email back completely mis-understanding my question. The lack of support i am receiving is really poor & im disappointed in myself for even buying the Roxio Gamecap! Anyone else having any issues contacting them ?
