Creator 2011 Freezes Up On Me

I am running Creator 2011 on a Win-7 Professional on Core i5-2500

 

The program loads, I see the main window. After I make a selection, the whole program freezes and goes into "Not Responding" mode.

 

The software has been running fine since installed in May 2012, make Audio discs and DVD's no problem.

 

Now, it doesn't want to work.

 

Been scratching my head trying to figure out what else might have been installed that might be affecting the program. I deleted the only other new program I added, and it had no effect.

Other than that, it's just been the windoze updates.

 

I've uninstalled and re-installed twice. No change.

 

Any ideas?

I've tried that and nothing.....worked fine before...getting ahold of Roxio is a joke! I keep getting the runtime error\Photo Suite 13.exe....can I uninstall the program and install again? Do I need any numbers to do? I've got my CD to start over - if it's possible....thanks for any input
