Will Roxio Game Capture Or Hd Pro Run On My Laptop

I don't know the requirements can someone tell me if my laptop will allow Roxio to run.

 

This is my laptop information:

 

Processor: 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

Memory: 2 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB

Software: OS X 10.8 But I also have windows 7.
