I had been looking at tutorials on how to get the best quality picture on my videos, and a lot of them say to use video file quality options that aren't available to me. Is this a problem with the computer I am using like a graphics card issue?
For example, many of them recommend to use the option of 'Divx Home Theater: 848x480'. I don't have that option and the best I can choose is 'Divx Home Theater: 720x480@30fps'.
So, is this a problem with the computer I am using like a graphics card issue, or is there something I can change within the software?
If you haven't already noticed I am not a technical person in the least, and I know very little about this type of thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
