1) Uninstall CinePlayer using Windows add remove programs. CinePlayer is listed.

2) Creator 2012 is an integrated suite of applications that work together. There is no choice because not installing an item or uninstalling an application may cause other applications to fail. What did you not want to install?

when i insert a dvd or any other format of disk it starts up and i just get a green screen no movie and it takes ages for it to come on so i can turn it off i can not do anything untill it starts

 

This can be turned off as a windows setting.
