Video Preview Works But Will Not Send Back To Tv

If anyone could direct me in the right direction it would be appreciated!

 

Currently the setup is HDMI to HDMI on a 1080p resolution, TV. The signal sent out of the Xbox360 is 1080p and the selection in the Game Capture HD program is also to 1080p.

 

The system sends a signal fine through both HDMI cables being used if not plugged through the Roxio HD game cap. So currently the problem is simple with the Preview screen on the program showing but not sending through to the TV.

That isn't how it works

 

As long as the GameCAP HD device is powered (from USB) the pass through works!

 

It Does Not require the software to even be installed on the PC...

 

Please review the setup described, HERE, very closely to make sure you are not overlooking something

Not sure what happened but too apart the whole set of cords and power tried again and it worked. Must have done some thing wrong either way thanks for letting me know im not crazy!
