Roxio Nxt Pro - Backontrack Installation Problem

I am having installation problem as well!! Roxio NXT Pro would not install on W7 64Bit. Support advised me to do a clean install. I installed Windows 8 and had no other software on the PC. I disabled the Windows Firewall. Roxio NXT Pro still did not install correctly. Menus are missing in BackOnTrack and the system restore feature is missing. Support are being slow to respond. I am still waiting for a reply over 8 days later!

Roxio NXT Pro installed. When I came to use BackOnTrack I found the "create a bootable disc menu missing". I also found the system restore feature missing. Support sent me screen shots of what my screen should look like but I was missing the features. Support advised me to do a clean install.

 

I have tried installing the software several times and each time the same features are missing. I was using Windows 7 - 64 Bit.

 

Last week I upgraded to Windows 8 and did a clean install of Windows 8. The only software on my PC was Windows 8. I turned off the Windows security (Firewall, Defender, etc) and proceeded to install Roxio Creator NXT Pro. The same thing has happened.- when I came to use BackOnTrack I found the "create a bootable disc menu missing". I also found the system restore feature missing.

 

Support are taking a long time to reply. I have been waiting over 8 days but still have not had a reply to my latest enquiry. Disappoined!!

 

Does anyone know what might be causing this problem??.Thanks!!

Are the menus missing, or are there black bands where the menus should be showing?
