12 Days And I Havent Got My Roxio?!

i ordered a roxio game capture hd pro on the 29th of october and i havent received it yet, i live in the uk and the email i got says the item is "physical" whatever that means and has barely any information on the shipping time etc, i also noticed in the email that my tracking number/ tracking url is marked with "-----" so i have no idea how to track it. funnily enough i got billed for the 100 pounds straight away.
