Software Won't Install - Split From Hijacked Thread

Hey i have bought a Roxio Game capture and i am having trouble as it will not work on my computer. I put the disc in and it says:

 

Run Setup and i do then i press English but then it comes up with: This operating System does not reach the requirements for roxio game capture. This product will not be installed.

 

Then a list of programs comes up.

 

Can anyone help?
