Capturing Is Too Dark

Hello, I recently bought this capture card, I love it works better than easycap though one problem I'm noticing. My recordings come out too dark for example.

 

The recording is darker than it should be, I have a Spectre HD TV, so I'm not sure what's the issue here

I had this same issue when I was using two component cables. I switched to using the component av cables from the PS3 to the game capture and used HDMI from the TV to the game capture instead of component cables. It worked for me and if you don't have an HDMI cable then you can try using a video editing software to change the brightness and contrast or has an auto color feature. *I just noticed this is Nintendo Wii so I don't think they use HDMI. Using component cables I have seen definitely make the video darker. So you might have to use video editing software to change it.

You can use HDMI out on any console as long as you input via component(PS3, Wii).
