jakeyg
Hello I am helping my dad record all the home videos as a backup from VHS onto the computer. We have Easy VHS to DVD 3 plus installed. We followed the instructions given but we are only getting audio through the white and red connectors at the back of the VHS player which is a phillips VR620 (their is no yellow video out on the back) so we used the scart and used the scart adapter for the wii to connect the red, white and yellow cables into the back of the VHS player. we now have no audio or video at all. im guessing thats because you cannot use this scart adapter as its only really designed to work with nintendo wii's?? we have ordered a scart adapter in/out as recommended on this forum as i have been looking at other posts... should this work now? or do we need to download extra drivers? the computer i am using at home: windows xp pro 32bit 3gb ram 80gb hdd (reformatted recently so plenty of space left) nvidia geforce 6800 gs 256mb here is a screenshot of the device manager to. Many thanks for any help you are able to give. Jake
Jim_Hardin
The drivers are present and correct, from your screen cap! In 99.9% of the SCART users the problem is the Scart adapter itself... Here are some our UK users have recommended: HERE AmazonUK maplin
