Geoff Forrester
Problem just started is that when I try to add video in Videowave I get a message: Runtime Error: Program files (x86) Roxio 2010\Video UI 12\Videowave 12 exe. This application has requested Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. What does all this mean? Why has it just started throwing this up? How can I get past it? H E L P !! Brendon
Hi Geoff, I've seen a suggestion that this pops up because something has made a slight change to Windows. Here's a post I found from user TOM2RN which might help you. It would pay to read his post several times to see what he's doing before you try it yourself. http://forums.support.roxio.com/topic/62266-creator-2010-runtime-error-fix/page__p__324327__hl__%22runtime+error%22__fromsearch__1?do=findComment&comment=324327 Essentially he's setting all the services used by Roxio12 [a.k.a. Creator 2010] to Automatic, and that fixed it for him. He says to note what you change, so you can change it back if needed - and that seems a very good idea.
