Multiple Burners

IanWilkinson

Question

Hi, I see this topic has been asked before and the answer given that yes you can burn to multiple burners simultaneously, but I just can't see how to do it. 2012 does not give me a burn page or advanced burn options to allow me to tick multiple burners like I did with Creator 7.

Can someone please help show me exactly how to do it pleeeeease.

Yes.

I suspect it might be the victim of changes in direction as the Roxio company was assimilated by Sonic. The Sonic people wanted to "simplify" the suite by combining all the tried and true Roxio modules into one 'Home' dumbed-down application. The Roxio modules [e.g. Creator Classic] have a lot more abilities than the simplified Sonic 'Copy Data Disc' part of the main menu program.

That's industrial politics I guess. [sigh] Since then, Sonic was gobbled by Rovi, and now Rovi has been acquired by Corel. Perhaps that will bring some stability? :)

Hello Ian,

To use multiple burners you need to be in Creator Classic [burn Data Disc - Advanced] rather than the simplified Burn Data Disc.

In Creator Classic, once you've set up your project you clock on the Burn icon and you'll get to a Burn Setup dialog box. This will show you all available burners, and you can check the ones you want to use.

Regards,

Brendon
