Very Big Problem! (Need Help!)

Question

Well the problem i'm having with my Roxio Game Capture is that i had audio problems... i re-installed the whole software and now when i plug in the USB part of the Roxio nothing happens... theres nothing in 'Device Manager' or anything like and 'No Signal' in the Roxio Game Capture software...

 

Any help will be appreciated... would anyone have any idea why i can't pick anything up when i plug in the USB of the device?

 

More infi: The audio problems and this happened after i updated 2 days ago... i'm not sure what caused this as before it worked fine....
