I Need Help For A Refound! Please Guys^^

First of all sorry for my bad english^^

I need help from you guys!

I ordered the roxio game cap hd from the official italian website.

The total ammount on the bill they gave to me was 360,00 Euros, but when the package arrived the postal service ask for more 100,00 Euros due to the internacional parcels.

There was in no way sayed this in the bill or whatever so i refuse the package.

Now i want apply for a refound(i bought this 2 weeks ago) but i cant find the form to apply the refund or a valid number to call,i wrote an email to: refounds@roxio.com but Hotmail says they cant send the mail for unknowed reason.

Can someone HELP me to solve this problem???

Ill really appreciate your help,me and my friends,save our money for months to buy this,at least we want our money back and buy the roxio from ebay or so.

Of course the "Taxes" are being charged by your own country and Roxio has no control over that...

 

I think the email address you are using is invalid.

 

It should be refunds@roxio.com

 

Either way, I will Message the Moderator here and bring it to their attention.

 

But note that I am not sure anything above the price of the product will be refunded I don't think shipping or taxes are included... (I don't know, just a fellow user like yourself)

Yes i misspelled the email on my post but i send the email to the correct address.

The weird thing is that noone say: the item is shipped from other country and you have to pay more then then price on the bill.

I read and accept the fact that shipping and/or taxes are non refundable(sorry again for my english) but not the internacional parcel cost that in no way are specified on the bill.

That 360 Euros has got to be an error. According to this website http://www.roxio.de/ita/products/game-capture/hd-pro/overview.html the cost is 139.99 Euros (which is expensive enough)

I bought 3 devices in one order.

Me and my friend thought it was better order all in one.

The total price is plus 10,00 euro for postal taxes.

SO you actually got a bargain for 360Euros.

From where was the package shipped? Maybe the extra 100Euros are if for duty if from outside the EU.

But the Roxio Store offers a 30 day return policy so the price is not relevant here if a refund is what he is seeking

 

Granted you should consider that all monies not refunded have to count against the purchase price of the next one you buy... So it may be cheaper to accept it now

 

I often buy locally for a "higher price" than off the internet because I factor in shipping. 5 or 10 dollars (4 to 8 €) discount is pretty hard to find

i live in italy and i ordered the 3 roxios from the official italian roxio website.The bill they gave to me say: 350,00 euros for the 3 devices plus 10,00 euros for the postal service,nothing else.

Let me understand better,couse my english is a little bit poor. They will refund all the money i spend 360 euros, and if they have to pay the 100 euros for the intarnacional parcel to the postal service,they take this money from the 360 euros but in the future i can "use" this money to buy new stuff,right?

Buying locally i think(now) is the best choice,but in my case,was impossible,couse noone sell the roxio.So i thought buy it from the official italian website was the only thing to do.

i live in the US i never buy things from out side the US for fear of something like that. but im pretty sure duties are collected when the item enters the country. and not at a later date. they should refund your 360euro(Back to your bank account, edit card, ect) but i think they are saying they might refund taxes shipping via a roxi store credit
