I would like to stream Halo 4 @720p (available upstream = 6Mbit/s) with my Laptop (Intel C2D - 2x2GHz, 3GB RAM, 7.2k HDD). Does the Hardware Encoder help me with this?
It would be great if the encoder does the work of encoding the video @4.5Mbit (for example), and all thats left to do is upload it to twitch.tv. Is this how it works with the HD pro & Roxio Software?
Currently I´m only able to stream @360p (cheap USB Grabber + FFSplit @ ultrafast preset + Amarectv (for deinterlace)) - and even at this Config my CPU Load is between 70-90%)
