Toast 10 Titanium Pro Re-Install

fdnave

Question

I previously had my Toast 10 Titanium Pro on this computer. My Mac Book Pro hard drive crashed and when I try to re-install the program with the disc it tells me this is a pre-relase version that is not valid. All my inquiries with Roxio confirm my purchase, give my auth. code etc. What do I do now?

I don't know about pre-release versions, but you should be able to download the latest Toast 10 update from Roxio's software updates page and install that. It installs everything except the Blu-ray plugin and the extra "Pro" third-party apps. You should be able to install those from your original discs, or install updated versions from the developers' sites and enter your registration codes.
