What software suite do you have?

What version of Roxio Copy & Convert? Version 3?

What Operating System?

What drive is your Roxio program installed on?

What are your D drive and your E drive? [hard drives, optical drives, partitions on drives? If optical drives, what model numbers?]

Aaah, I see. You're using Video Copy and Convert in Creator 2011. That's a different program from this forum's Copy and Convert 3..

I'll get this topic shifted to the Creator 2011 forum, and I'm sure someone up there will be able to help you. :)
