Gordon
I have Creator 2012, and I use Windows 7. I inserted a single MOV file in Videowave. The sound plays too fast relative to the video. Microsoft Media Player displays the file correctly. How can I fix the problem? What causes the problem? sknis
That is a pretty frequently asked question. The problem is the source of the mov file. It is probably from a digital camera being used as a camcorder. The easiest fix is to use a free video converter to convert the mov file to an mpg2 file. There are several that you can find on the internet; check cnet.com. I like to use 'Any video converter" because it allows one to do batch converting. Once you have the mpg2 file just use that in Edit Video-Advanced.
