My Roxio Game Capture Is Malfunctioning!

I was just using my game capture one day not too long ago, and something strange happened. Note that this was during Hurricane Sandy, and although I wasn't directly in the line of fire, I still got hit with more than my fair share of power outages. So the power dipped and then I tried to use my RGC, but it would just fallow the possess of the pictures below. Pleas help.
