Question

hi, my capture software is working fine, but when i plug in the roxio it says no signal!

can anyone help?? my xbox is set to 1080i already my cables are on hdtv, my xbox component cables are in the out section, my drivers say they are working fine!, i dont know what to do!

Go into your Device Manger and see if you get the 2 entries in the pic below.

Are you getting a picture on your TV?.

I am also having this issue. First of all it was intermittent and now pretty much all the time. I wonder if its the HDMI cable or my xbox HDMI port (Old white xbox 360)

 

I have had so many problems with this game capture HD its ridiculous
