Incomplete Reinstall Of Roxio Streamer

While reinstalling Roxiostreamer from Roxio Creator 2011 Pro, I tried to change my password to Roxio Streamer since I no longer remembered my original PW. After reinstalling the streamer, I tried to re-register it, but got the following error message: "Your Roxio Streamer cannot reach roxiostreamer.com. The Configuration Wizard cannot continue." I turned off my Firewall but still got the same message.

 

So, I'm stymied. I tried to phone Roxio tech, but was told that they're open only Mon - Fri from 11-6. Does anyone know why roxiostreamer.com could not be reached?

 

I actually wrote that URL onto the URL line and got roxio with a series of options that all pertained to Roxio creator 2012. It seems they don't service roxio creator pro 2011 any longer. That doesn't sound right at all. What to do?

Yep, since may 10th 2012 I can not login the once worked roxiostreamer.com.

Certificate error, or the website just down. Could not connect to.

No support whatsoever from this company. Corel took over Roxio and Axentra Corp (HipServ) could not help either.

Its a shame on these company not to help us with roxio products, such as Creator 2011 with roxiostreamer.

Once it was working well for a year, than bombed out with can't connect to possibly canadian hosted roxiostreamer.com.

Almost recommended to our video company to deliver and stream/or/download videos to customers, securely.. Thanks to my patients and test skills I was waited and turned to youtube instead.

I bought all of the previous programs, popcorn and creators, you name it, and now I think was a bad choice!
