Can Movie Burned Disk With Password Be Played On Hd/dvd Player?

MEAN other can only play my disk on their hd/dvd player but can't edit disk unless they have password

No, sorry.

 

You can burn a DATA disc with a password so that others can't read it, but you can't password protect a Video-DVD from being edited.

 

For the DVD to be played in a player it must be readable, and if it's readable it can be copied and edited.

 

[Commercial DVDs are specially encrypted to stop copying, but that only works because players are designed so they can decrypt the DVD]

Commercial DVDs use CSS [look it up] and Region Protection [look that up too] and some times even more complicated protections. Roxio programs don't do that.

 

A program to encrypt your DVDs will cost MANY more dollars than the common Roxio programs.
