Audio Buzzing

Hi I have been using my roxio game capture for some time now and i wanted to add commentary. I am using a sound recorder to record my voice but there is a very loud buzzing sound. I have a turtle beach x 11 and the mic works fine while recording over pc content. I have isolated the problem to the audio jack. Whenever i take out the audio jack from the pc and put it in my roxio game capture the loud buzzing starts. I have an example here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q3ZyKFuV1zY

 

Thanks in advance for the help. I just want that buzzing to go away so the music and my voice can be heard clearly.

Update : The Buzzing actually Starts when i remove green audio jack from my computer.
