It works as and when the mood takes it, otherwise it just stops working. I have tried on three different PC's same result. I am running win 7 with everything else working perfectly, with a very recently built PC. Bags of memory, 500GB hard drive, Can anyone tell me of a program preferably by another provider, that does work each and every time without having to resort to rebooting. This is a Roxio supported user to user board. If you want to state your problems please do and someone might care to help you? I have used it in W-7 Ultimate x64 and haven't had problems. If you getting the same result on different PC's that would seem to rule out the chance of trying to run it on a PC that doesn't meet the specs??? I would like to hear more about your Problem (not interested in your opinions) and see what we can do.
