Software Freezing/crashing

Everytime I click on the capture button and it opens up the live stream/capture screen it ends up "not responding" then closes. I have repaired it using the disk, uninstalled/reinstalled and all that firewall/anti virus stuff too and nothing fixes it. This software is such trash and I'm about to return the entire thing since it won't even let me record/live stream. Are there any other fixes or something i have done wrong? It was working fine 3 days ago.

It was only a 'few days ago' when you posted you had long delays...

 

Did you get these fixed? If so, How?

I'm also experiencing insta-crashes upon bringing up the options menu or hitting the capture button. Any ideas?
