C++ Runtime Error

CNylander

Question

Hi, I recently purchased a Gamecap Pro HD. I installed the game cap software and when I start up the launch pad and chose "capture" I receive a C++ runtime error stating that the application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Trying to open edit and share gives me the message that I it is "unable to load skins".

I have spent a good 2 hours searching these forums as well as others looking for answers. I have tried multiple reinstalls and updating my gpu drivers but nothing is solving the problem

system specs

intel quad core q9550

nvidia gtx 465

Gigabyte EP45-UD3P motherboard

8gb RAM

Windows 7 home 64bit

over a tb of free hard drive space

Any help would be appreciated, thank you :)

You have a bad install and re-installing it will do nothing!

You should be able to fix it up in 3 steps...

First: Unplug the Device and Download and run the
,
in Moderate Mode!

Next: Download and install

Last: Turn OFF your Anti Virus and Firewalls then Install the Software...

Turn on your AV & Firewalls and reboot with your fingers crossed ;)
