Video Capture Usb

I purchased this for the USB so I could connect to an older model video camber and burn DVD's of my home movies. What a waste of money, no matter what I do I cannot get my computer to recognize the USB port. I have downloaded their driver without success and you can't talk to a help desk. Don't bother wasting your money. This device is useless!

What USB port are you using ? One on the front of the computer ? Try using a USB port that

is actually a port on the MB itself. (assuming you have an extra USB port on the MB)

Many times and fact in most cases the USB ports that are on a computer are "shared" with certain

other USB ports. If the port you are trying to use is already being used by another internal piece of USB hardware

then you won't be able to use two different items on that port.
