Nxt Pro Upgrade Multiple Problems!

I purchased the physical cd upgrade & have 2 HP laptops. Installation worked on 1 of them but on the other it says that the resolution is lower than the program requires. The settings are identical on BOTH laptops & yet only 1 is having an issue like this. BOTH laptops have the same resolution settings. Which are at the maximum. On the laptop that the upgrade DID work on, I try to open ANYTHING on the menu such as slideshows & it tells me that "critical registry keys needed for this application are missing!" There were multiple keys/codes that came with this cd. It only asked me for 2 of them during installation. Where to I enter the others? There are no options to input them. I've contacted tech support with no answers yet.

Check the DPI setting on the one that won't install, is it above 100%?

 

The EULA you agree to when installing the software says one license one PC!

We ordered over the phone & was told that we can install on 2 PC as well as a backup. It installed on both laptops yet both are having different issues. The first laptop is having the resolution problem. Both laptop are at 1600x900 as HP suggests to have. This is why I am puzzled why it is fine on one but not the other. Any ideas about the critical registry keys? It mentions that on the 2nd laptop. Thanks!

Go to Start>Help and Support> then type in the search, dpi ,and follow directions.
