Roxio Creator Nxt Will Not Install Tried 5 Times Wont Let Me After 4Th Time Trying

I installed with antivirus

I installed with out antivirus

I uninstalled roxio 10 tried again

 

Window 7 ram 6 gb I3 sony viao

 

tried in my xp thinkpad 2 gb ram was set up for vista

 

still no anti virus and wont install

 

This is my 3rd time with the roxio programs creator 8 and 10and now this one each time I have had a problem with 10 and now nxt is there any help for this

You will need to contact Roxio/Corel support to reset your install count. It may be thinking that it is a pirated version and a bunch of people are trying to install it.

 

Download the free trial of Revo Uninstaller Pro and uninstall Creator 10 (?) and Creator NXT. Also user the force uninstall to see if there are more remnants of the other versions left over. make sure that you save any projects somewhere other than the Roxio folders.

 

Update your computer using this guide (link).

 

Keep that anti-virus OFF and reinstall.
