I have a Roxio Game Capture and registered software on this site.

 

I'm selling the hardware - will be buyer be able to register the software with my CD key if I de-register it? If not, can someone recommend any free software that will do the recording job?

You need to read your EULA. Also, contact Roxio directly, next week. This is a users forum, and Roxio folk only drop in once in awhile.
