Wow, that is strange

Just to make sure we are on the same page...

What happens when you choose MP4?

This is a capture or capture clips you got with the GameCAP & Software?

Nothing else included?

What capture settings?

Were the cap files altered with any other software before using VideoWave?

Can you provide any screencaps in VW, say before starting and when rendering? (info on posting them HERE)

It is the error message I am interested in ~ why screen caps tell us so much more ;)

Either way, let's move onto what I would suggest anyway, which is a proper repair...

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Now insert your Roxio Disc

Be sure you accept any offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When you reach the screen where
Repair
is offered, choose that!

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

Check for updates when you start the program as this should wipe the SP1.1.
