Youtube Doesn't Consider Properly Formatted Video File

When I export a video, it creates a .dmsm file, which youtube does not take. I have uploaded videos before, and I haven't changed any settings but it doesn't work. These are my settings when i go to export.

Purpose-All

NTSC

video file quality- same as original

Normalized Audio is not checked

 

 

and then when I export it says it's exporting to an .mp4 file.
