Roxio Creator Starter 12.1

I loaded the product and tested it under my login and it works fine (I am IT). I have the user login and it will come up to the Home screen but after about 2 seconds it shuts down on its own. Tried removing Roxio and then re-installing it, still does the same thing. I removed Roxio and cleaned the Registry up, removed the Roxio folders from the users profile, then reloaded it and still not working. Any ideas?

So it works for you but doesn't work for a different user on the same or different computer? IS a network involved here?

What OS? Did it install in a compatibility mode? What do the log files say?
