Need To Validate Codec Mpeg-2

I have had Easy Creator Home 9.0 updated to 9.1 installed for some time and used the DVD burn function many times. I had a hard disk crash and had to reload the software. I now get a message that activation of codec MPEG-2 is needed. I press the OK button to activate, get connected to the activation server, press the Activate Now button and am told that there is a problem with invalid product key. This is a problem with MyDVD9. I have reloaded the software to no avail. Please help!

You can try to do a clean uninstall/install, and see if it activates. You may get lucky and have it work.

 

Edit: Download Revo Uninstall, and use it in the Moderate mode to get rid of all Roxio folders, etc. Reboot, install the software again, and see if you have any problems with activation.
