After Installation And Reboot, Creator2010 Pro Locks Up On Registration Page

Question

I am installing this for the first time on this computer. The Installation was uneventful, and I (cold) rebooted my computer, and then clicked on the desktop icon for the program, it opens the dialog box for Registering the product. I type in my email address, name, town and country, and click on the boz that i 'read and understand the provacy notice. Then i click on "next" .. and wait. .AND WAIT. I go into the Task Manager, and close the window ( The cancel button does not work either). So, is this a bug in the software, or did they change the URL, and forgot to tell the customers ? I have already registered this product on the Roxio website, so HOW DO I GET AROUND THIS dialog window???

Dell Optiplex 620 CPU 3.6 GHz

Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 SP3 installed

1 GB of memory (i know, but I am olny want to use it for he video editing)

The video card is a no name brand that uses the 82945G family Chipset.

By pressing the computer's power button once to turn it off and then again to turn it back on?

Didn't it ask you to restart your computer?

Did you install the software with antivirus/firewall and any other software running during the install?
