I'm guessing that your .iso is a video DVD although it could be a data disc image. Presuming it is a video disc image then select it using the Image File setting in the Toast Copy window. This will mount the .iso file on the desktop. You now have several options; however, there isn't a way to simply burn it across two discs. The easiest option is to click the Options button (I think that's what it's called in Toast 9) where you can select just the parts and audio tracks you want on the new DVD. After doing that you can click the burn button and Toast will give you the option to use its "fit to DVD" feature to fit what you've selected on one disc.

its a game data disc image, i cant burn it.. *sigh*
