Audio Issues

Hey, the audio on some of my recordings have been getting messed up. Sometimes, it'll be very minor and almost unnoticeable but sometimes it's so bad that i have to re-record the whole thing and that's unacceptable especially after paying a lot of money for the capture device. Is there a to fix and/or prevent it in the future?

Contact Roxio, and ask them. This isn't Roxio, but I think you already knew that.

You of course verified the problem is on ALL the games you tried.

What do you mean "this isn't Roxio"? The device i'm using is called "Roxio Game Capture" so it's clearly Roxio.

Well, like I said, the problem is very sporadic. Sometimes it works just fine, sometimes it has very minor audio hiccups and sometimes it's so bad that I have to record it entirely, no matter what game i'm playing cause i've had these problems on just about every game i've played.

 

And before you ask, i checked the minimum system requirements and I meet them.

We realize that you are a gamer, but try to understand this. You posted to a PUBLIC forum. This is not Roxio tech support. We are users of various software programs, just like you.
