Videowave Has Stopped Working When Burning A Dvd

Question

On some files in converting and burning to a DVD, the file will encode all the way to just about the end and then the error message comes up and says: Videowave has stopped working. It does not do it all the time. Any idea why this is an intermittent problem. It has become very frustrating.

One thought has been that at the edge of the disc is where trouble starts... (assumes you are physically burning to a disc)

Generally speaking it is prudent to burn to a File before doing a disc! (ISO or Folder either makes no difference)

Then use the Burn Data Disc (Folder) or Burn Disc Image (ISO) to actually burn the disc ;)

Quality Discs such as Verbatim (Singapore) and Taiyo Yuden (JVC) are another way to ensure you don't waste discs.
