sknis
Hi Everyone, Having trouble uploading .mov files onto my creator 2010 Pro, even though I have the premium account which should allow me to upload video, it doesn't seem to work!! Any ideas anyone? Wow, Some confusion here. Premium accounts are typically associated with PhotoShow; not Creator 2010. . Is that what you are using? Do you have the PhotoShow version 6 on your computer? What do you mean by uploading? Do you mean to the web site? What size is your mov? Where did you get it? Make sure that your mov file is less than 50MB. That is just a few seconds. For the online version: Roxio PhotoShow supports video clips in the following formats: AVI, MPEG1, MPEG2, MOV, WMV, MP4, M4V, and QT. The maximum file size of a video clip that can be uploaded to a PhotoShow is 50 MB. For the desktop version Roxio PhotoShow supports video clips in the following formats: AVI, MPEG1, and MOV. The maximum file size of a video clip which can be included in a PhotoShow is 50 MB I suggest that you make your PhotoShow with the desktop version and then upload that PhotoShow to your members page.
