I don't know if this has been happening often to any users. Basically what happens is when i start up the roxio game capture on my PC, it will 80% of the time, not respond. I dont even get into the capture and edit menu. Has anybody else experienced this problem? Does anybody know how to resolve this problem? It didn't happen when I first purchased the Roxio. It has only started happening the past few days i've been using it. I have owned one for about 4-5 months now. A solution would be great. Thanks for listening.
