Creator Nxt Pro - Not Available At Retail?

I have noticed that Creator NXT Pro is not available at retail online stores like Amazon and New Egg. The standard edition is available at those stores, and I can get the Pro edition directly from Roxio. But I'm curious why pro is apparently only available at Roxio.com?

I'd guess that would be a marketing policy.
