OK I really hate to complain but I feel really angry about the software I purchased a little over 12 months ago.


I brought the PC game capture software and whilst I will say the video production is quite good the actual PC game capture has hardly ever worked properly.


I mainly play World of Warcraft and of course have the latest expansion, Mists of Pandaria, however the Roxio PC game capture that I brought will not capture game footage in Directx 11. If I however change the game to play in DirectX 9 it will record, but my point is my DirectX 11 is much better quality graphics and I want to play it in DirectX 11 not DirectX 9.


Im of the understanding that the new Roxio PC game capture will record DirectX 11. The original software will not.


So basically I have purchased a product that within a 12 month time frame will not capture game video.


Guild Wars 2 I cannot even find an option to run it in DirectX 9 so it wont record this it all.#


So to sum up = game capture software that will not capture game footage.


Also why take away the option of redownloading your software. If you dont backup then you could lose your program. Mine is backed up but I know other gamers have had issues. This is rather stupid.


As a consumer I feel totally let down in Roxio products and have a lack of confidence in a customer satisfying response to this thread or to any of my issues.


I hope this post serves as a"Think before you buy" to future Roxio customers.
