allright so i have had the original roxio game capture for about a year now
first time I used in my computer it didn't work but after I got a fresh new start on my windows I was able to capture footage
but now I have different issue but still disable me on doing certain things
After I installed my software and double clicking on the icon a message keeps showing up: "The certificate file is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install it."
now I've looked through the forum and used all the solutions that helped others
for example I deleted the Roxio & Sonic folder in C:/ProgramData
I proceeded to reinstall the program reboot my pc and it keeps on popping up. It seems that my antivirus has something to do with it so I also disabled my antivirus ( fyi im using avira) but still it didn't work.
If certificate file refer to the certificate of the CD( proof that I bought it) then I don't know what to do. I have the serial number along with the disc but I can't get them to work?
