Video Converter Crashes - Sonichddemuxer.dll

I am unable to convert files between HD formats or from HD formats. At some time during the conversion the program will crash citing SonicHDDemuxer.dll. As the culprit.

 

I have attempted a repair the installation and reinstalling Roxio. I have even attempted to reregister the dll. This is a windows 7 install.

 

Any help would be most appreciated.

The proper repair process goes like this:

 

Turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc. and insert your Roxio Disc (download version - run Install)

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When you reach the screen where

Repair

is offered, choose that!

 

Then turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

 

Give that a try... should it not help, supply some details as your first post is pretty darn vague
